CCS HCS SB 884 -- REPUBLICATION OF STATUTES

This bill instructs the Revisor of Statutes to take certain
actions when the Missouri Supreme Court or a federal court rules
that a bill or a state statute is unconstitutional on procedural
grounds.  If a repealed or amended statute is affected, the
revisor will reprint the statute as it existed before the
enactment of the bill that was declared unconstitutional.  If a
new statute is affected, the revisor will publish a footnote
indicating the court decision and explaining the reason for the
removal of the statute.
